Reviewed and revised employment agreement re: transfer of intellectual property; added paragraph 6.4 and cross-referenced sections 2.2 and 3.1.
Describe the work out loud — on the drive home, between meetings — and Billy turns it into an accurate, client-and-matter-matched time entry, then sends it to your billing staff or MyCase. No yellow pad. No reconstructing your week from memory.

Time captured days or weeks later is time captured wrong — or not at all. The work gets done; the entry never does.
Bills pieced together weeks later from a legal pad, an inbox, and a court filing system — guesswork that quietly undercounts real work.
Logging time competes with 300 emails a day and the actual legal work. It loses every time, and the backlog grows by months.
Opening the billing system, finding the client, typing the entry — every step is a reason to put it off until later. Later rarely comes.
You're on your phone and in your email all day. Your billing system is somewhere else entirely.
Billy works like a phone call, not a form. Talk naturally — pauses, corrections, tangents and all — and it keeps up.
Say what you worked on, for whom, and for how long. Stack several clients in one stream of consciousness; Billy keeps them straight.
It finds the right client and matter, suggests a sensible duration, and reads the entry back to you. Nothing is sent until you say yes.
A clean, formatted entry goes to your billing staff by email — one per client — or writes straight into MyCase when you're ready.
A continuous, phone-call-style conversation with barge-in — interrupt, correct, and keep going. Lock the mic for long-form dictation.
Link your own MyCase account so Billy looks up your real clients and matters — with optional writeback you switch on when you're ready.
No MyCase? Billy still captures time and emails a clean summary you can forward as an invoice — one tidy email per client.
Ambiguous client name? Billy asks instead of guessing. It reads every entry back so errors get caught before anything is billed.
Every conversation is saved with a full transcript and a record of what was submitted, so you can resume or verify any session.
An optional end-of-day nudge by email or SMS that links straight back into Billy — so capturing time becomes a habit, not a chore.
Security isn't a feature page afterthought — it's how Billy is constructed from the data model up.
Billy applies security best practices but is not a formal compliance certification (e.g., HIPAA BAA or SOC 2). Firms should confirm with their own counsel that Billy's use of third-party processors is consistent with their applicable rules of professional conduct. A written data-flow and subprocessor summary is available on request.
Billy can send a short text reminder to log your unbilled time, with a link back into the app. Text reminders are entirely optional, are turned off by default, and are never required to use Billy. You turn them on inside your account settings, where you actively agree to the terms before any message is sent — and you can turn them off, or reply STOP, at any time.

Tell us a little about your firm and we'll set up a short, tailored walkthrough — and get you early access.
This form collects your email for a demo follow-up only. It is not an SMS sign-up — text reminders are enabled separately inside the app. By submitting you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms.
